INFORMATION FOR NEW STUDENTS
The introductory private classes allow us to meet with you individually to assess your specific strengths and weaknesses. Then if you want to join a class we can choose the one that's best for you and your needs.
Please feel free to call, text or email to discuss any questions you may have about your health or fitness goals. We can help you determine where best to start. We want you to feel comfortable right away and our client relationships are very important to us. We are here to help you reach your fitness goals. All sessions may be booked online through the Class Schedule page, through MindBody Online, or by calling or emailing us directly and we can book for you. Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early to that you can get comfortable in our studio and be ready to start class.
There are several ways to schedule. Feel free to call, text, or email us. We are always happy to talk to you directly. You may also book classses online through our Class Schedule page, schedule directly on the Mindbody app on your mobile device, or through MindBody Online. You must register with MindBody Online before scheduling your class. If the class if full, you can waitlist. Almost always there will be a place for you. For Private lessons and Duets, please call us directly and we will schedule your appointment.
Comfortable, stretchy, fitted workout clothes will offer you the most freedom to move and also allow us to watch your alignment and body movements. Bare feet are fine. However, if you prefer, you may wear socks with grippy soles. This is challenging work but FUN!
We suggest coming to the studio 2-3 times per week. This will allow for muscle memory, increased strength, flexibility, and improved posture. You will progress through the work more efficiently and begin to see your body respond to the method. We have Pilates chairs, reformers, mat/tower units and a Cadillac to keep you challenged, engaged, and inspired.
At Pilates 4 Bodies we offer several convenient ways to pay. You can pay online through MindBody Online or pay at the studio (checks and credit cards appreciated). You can pay for a single class or choose a package of classes at a discount.
We have aimed to create a space that feels inviting from the moment you step through the door. Our studio has brand new, beautiful, state-of-the-art Gratz and Balance Body equipment. We have five Balance Body chairs where you will gain strength, five Gratz reformers where you will lengthen and strengthen your body, five mat/tower units where you will work on strength and flexibility with the use of leg springs and arm springs that are worked in a series of exercises to build long lean muscles, core strength, and flexibility, and a Cadillac which will is used for private lessons. We have a lounge area, restroom, water cooler, and kitchen for your comfort and convenience. Join us and experience the wonderful world of Pilates.
